Sample adAd Submission guidelines

Please follow the guidelines below for graphic ads. They will ensure that you have a successful ad campaign in our publication!

Ad sizes

  • Skyscraper: 330 pixels (horizontal) X 555 pixels (vertical)
  • Top right tile & in-text tile: 330 pixels (horizontal) X 77 pixels (vertical)
  • In-text skyscraper: 360 pixels (horizontal) X 220 pixels (vertical)
  • Maximum file size is 500kb (most ads we receive are under 200kb)

Format

JPG and GIF are the only acceptable format. Unfortunately, we cannot do flash animations because most email clients do not support them. 

Important note: If using animated GIF files, please note that Microsoft Outlook 2007 does not support animated GIF files, and will only display the first frame of the animation. Therefore, please make the first frame your company logo or other relevant information.

Deadline

Please submit all material at least 48 hours in advance. If you are unable to make that deadline, please email us and we will accommodate your needs.
