Frasers Property UK
Frasers Property UK is an integrated developer, asset manager and investor: a forward-thinker in commercial and industrial space that strives to build and improve working environments for the betterment of the health, wellbeing, and productivity of those who occupy and enjoy them.
Its workspaces are home to over 500 companies, across seven business parks and city office space. Frasers Property UK owns and manages Scotland’s largest business park – Hillington Park - and has five business parks in the Thames Valley.
The Rowe is a landmark site for Frasers Property UK: the company’s first urban office development in Whitechapel, in London’s City fringe. A redevelopment of the Aldgate Bauhaus, Frasers Property has retained the original façade and added six additional storeys to the building, while delivering a coherent and exciting new addition for the East End. The new building will establish an increased total footprint of 162,000 sq. ft. of modern workspace and over 17,000 sq. ft. of outdoor terraces. Frasers Property has been ambitious in striving for a roster of sustainability, connectivity, and wellbeing credentials for The Rowe. The building will be one of the well-connected buildings with super-fast internet speed, and a minimal operational carbon footprint.

Strategies To Implement Today To Build For A Sustainable Future
Talking Points At This Conference Will Include:
How rising inflation is putting added pressure on build costs and development strategies, and the consequences this could have on the environment.
Delivery risks in achieving net zero and strategies in place to overcome these. Managing accountability and reducing carbon emissions from your supply chain.
Carbon budget vs cost budget.
Addressing the landlord/tenant split incentive to drive building decarbonisation.
The up-front capital needs to prioritise more sustainable, healthy and innovative buildings.
The elements of ESG screening to be taken into account to secure financing.
Being a good neighbour - making a positive contribution to locations and places, and how early adopters of developments focused on social value are seeing a return on their investment.
If the UK is in danger of a two-tier ESG marketplace and the current status of building's being brought up to standard in today's market.
How You'll Do More Business: 2050 is only just around the corner, and the real estate industry needs to pick up pace! A recent Environment Audit Committee report published by MPs calls for more action to reduce carbon emission in the built environment, and more measures need to be in place. Throughout an informative and practical programme of sessions gain insight into the strategies being implemented by real estate leaders as they navigate a world of rising costs, increasing regulation and standards and emission reduction. Learn how one is impacting the other and the viability to deliver profitable, sustainable, future-proofed real estate in today's world to meet the targets of tomorrow.
