Crocker Partners Taps Eastdil To Sell Mini Me
A Florida real estate investor has put Mini Me on the market.
Crocker Partners is listing Atlantic Center Plaza, the 503K SF Midtown tower now called Regions Plaza, according to Commercial Real Estate Direct.
Eastdil Secured has been tapped to market the property at 1180 West Peachtree St., which i 95% occupied and anchored by Regions Financial Corp. The potential purchase price was undisclosed.
Crocker, in a JV with Siguler Gluff & Co., purchased the famed Mini Me — nicknamed as such, a reference to the Austin Powers movie trilogy, since it is aesthetically similar to the neighboring One Atlantic Center — in 2013. According to Fulton County property records, Regions Plaza is valued at $53.45M.
