| You may be looking for a new car, but one of the biggest car sellers is looking for new office space. Sources tell us that Hyundai Capital is scouting suburban markets from the Northwest to Central Perimeter and beyond for at least 50k SF. Cushman & Wakefield's Gary Waddell and Laura Stephens are repping the company. Hyundai Capital, which finances purchases of the cars for dealers, has seen its business grow as the company has made inroads in the American car market. |
