| Colliers International's Ron Cameron and Will Mathews have good reason to be chillin? poolside: The duo recently sold a $250M apartment portfolio (including the one at this pool in Atlanta) that involved some 3,300 units. And we just heard Ron has a four-property portfolio set to close that takes their combined haul to more than $400M this year. Apparently Will's dad (the Atlanta office co-founder Bob Mathews) isn't one to have his children sitting on their laurels at the office. |
