| Here?s Brookside/100 in Alpharetta, part of the portfolio that Alter?s new property manager Barbara Cross is responsible for. Barbara recently joined the Atlanta office of Alter Asset Management, an affiliate of The Alter Group, the Chicago-based national corporate real estate development firm. She's now managing Alter?s nine-building Atlanta portfolio at two business parks—Brookside Concourse in Alpharetta and Chattahoochee Corners in Duluth. Also, she manages the owners associations at both office parks on behalf of third-party building owners and 128K SF Brookside/100, a building owned by JD/LD Atlanta. |
