Foltz Martin began as a law firm in the 1980s focused on the CRE industry. Like CRE, it's grown since then—significantly. We sat down with Foltz Martin partner Joe Foltz, who tells us his firm has experienced increased deal flow as the infamous bid-ask gap narrows. ?There is more liquidity in the market, so the prices sellers were looking for are closer,? he says.
