| A Gainesville shopping center, anchored by Lowe?s and Walmart Supercenter, has been purchased by RCG Ventures. The center is 124K SF. RCG, based in Buckhead, has a portfolio of 51 properties and over 4M SF. It says it plans to acquire an additional $75M of well-located value-added assets this year. |
