We may know another companyeyeingDunwoody's The Terraces. Sources tell us American Family Insurance is considering a 15k SF RFP, with a possible move from 360 Interstate North Parkway in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket. The Terraces in Dunwoody (above) most recently is believed to be working on a huge lease withState Farm. Officials with Cresa, which is repping AmFam, were unavailable for comment.
