We bet Newmark Grubb Knight Franks Chris Witcher has a bunch of new best friends now. Here Chris is accepting the grand prize-- a trip to the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas--from Healthcare Trust of Americas Todd Sloan. Chris won during HTAs medical CRE brokerevent at Tin Lizzy's in Buckhead. The company recently expanded its Atlanta presence with a regional office. Todd and Theresa Parrish are in charge of HTA's 600k SF Atlanta portfolio.
