It was such a jam-packed event last week at Bisnow's Future of Central Perimeter that we need a second day to report it all. Here's Fellers, Schewe, Scott & Roberts ' Randy Scott and Mimms Enterprises' CEO Lonnie Mimms at the breakfast social prior to the event at The Retreat at Perimeter Summit. Lonnie tells us the Great Recession has Mimms re-leasing North River Village shopping center in Sandy Springs. ?We let it mostly go vacant before the recession,? he says. Reason? It was going to be a 15-story retirement home redevelopment. But Lonnie says the crash of the capital markets put the kibosh on that. ?We had a game plan, but it went the way of the Dodo bird.? | |
