BIG ALPHARETTA BUY
July 16, 2012
Take an Atlanta real estate investor. Add a chunk of office building with a major tech tenant. Add a dash of a really terrible analogy and what do you get? (French onion soup?) Today's big sale. | ||
We learned late Friday that Atlanta-based Glenfield Capital is the proud owner of 4800 North Point Pkwy, a 75k SF office building in Alpharetta that's home mainly to Siemens, but to French tech company AtoS as well. Glenfield—founded and run by former Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's James Cate— purchased the building from Austin-based Capital Commercial Investments for $5.9M. Resource Real Estate Partners' Tom Shafer, John Hinson, and CJ Kelly brokered for the seller. Wanna hear more about building sales?
