| We chatted with Stan Johnson Co's Harold Biggs, Britton Burdette and Andrew Ackerman. Both Britton and Andrew were just hired to launch the brokerage firm's operations in Atlanta. Britton, who comes over from Marcus & Millichap and specializes in industrial sales, and says he's seeing more capital coming into the industrial market for product, especially from REITs, which are seeking stabilized income. ?We will still see continued increases for single-tenant assets through 2012,? he says. ?Every food group goes after these.? |
