It appears someone took a bite out of Regent Partners' 3330 Peachtree, the former 63k SF building that housed the American Intercontinental University campus; though some claim that's actually a planned demolition. In its place, Regent—along with its JV partner Pope & Land Enterprises—is developing a facility for TD Ameritrade. Meanwhile, we'll start looking for some vacant warehouses to appease the building-eating monster on the loose. | ||
