BofA Plaza Strikes First
Atlanta law firm Hunton & Williams and Bank of America Plaza will remain friends, in the first deal done in the city's tallest tower since foreclosure.
Hunton & Williams renewed some 50k SF--a slight downsize--at the more than 1M SF Peachtree Street tower. It's the first deal at BofA Plaza since BentleyForbes lost control of it to foreclosure in November. Special servicer CWCapital and Cushman & Wakefield are actively working with two sizeable new prospects for the building, says Cushman & Wakefield's Will Porter, whom we snapped during a recent coffee break at The Buckhead Club. Jones Lang LaSalle's Brad Armstrong brokered for the tenant.
