CBRE Global Investors--through its Strategic Partners US Value 6 fund--purchased Three Ravinia Drive in an off-market transaction, officials say. The 814k SF pagoda-styled tower will go through a capital campaign to upgrade systems and amenities, officials say. CBRE Global Investors officials did not disclose the price, although market sources expect it to fetch more than $140M.
