| We snapped this cell tower rising above the picturesque Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta building in Midtown this morning. Why? Because we learned Communications Capital Group has secured ?a substantial equity investment? to expand. CCG acquires cell tower ground leases, and other wireless infrastructure assets. It says the new equity (and commitment of future capital) from private investment firms Ulysses Management and Tenth Avenue Holdings will help the company buy more ground leases. The firm will continue to focus on acquiring a range of high-quality assets, CCG CEO Michael A. DeMita III tells us. |
