CH2M Hill Seeks Space in Central Perimeter
CH2M Hill helpsnewly established cities get settled in. Now it's looking for a new home for itself. We're sure there's a country music song plot in there somewhere.
CH2M Hill, of course, helped run city services, most notably in Sandy Springs, when that municipality was first established a few years ago. Itwould likeat least 90k SF in the metro Atlanta area that could merge its offices at 400 NorthPark Town Center and Sterling Point, sources tell us. While its main operations are at NorthPark, sources say the company is actively scouring the Central Perimeter, mainly Class-A and B properties. Studleys Monty Harris is representing the company but declined to comment. We expect a decision later this year.
