| Marcus & Millichap's Britton Burdette has reached beyond the borders of Georgia for his next big sale. He's been tapped to sell the Continental Tire North American HQ in Charlotte (seen here). The 70k SF facility was recently developed by Forsite Development as a build-to-suit for the tire manufacturer in 2009. The company recently renewed for 10 years and expanded its presence to 90k SF. Britton has listed the property for $16M, he says: ?It's going to go to a fund or a REIT.? (We expect it to sell in the next four months or 3,000 miles.) |
