CROCKER GAINING PROMINENCE?

| Boca Raton-based Crocker Partners is moving forward on acquiring Prominence in Buckhead, one of the most-watched office transactions so far this year. Sources say Crocker is in due diligence on the 425k SF tower, but there's no word on the potential purchase price. Other firms that bid on the TIAA-CREF and Blackstone-owned tower included KBS, Parkway Properties, and Highwoods Properties, sources say. Cushman & Wakefield's David Meline and Stewart Calhoun, who are marketing the property, did not return calls seeking comment. | ||
