You?ve probably been seeing this school?s signs popping up around town, like the one we snapped here at One Towercreek in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket. Strayer just inked another lease for a location at the Southlake Corporate Center at 1767 Peachtree Rd. in Morrow, according to Denholtz Associates. (College at a corporate center: You can still wear a toga, but throw a tie over it.) Cushman & Wakefield's Carla Williams and Andy Ghertner, and the Cushman's DC office, helped broker the deal for the tenant. |
