| It may still be rough in the market, but Carter's Kirk Diamond is back to what he says are "normal" levels of business. We ran into Kirk on the 18th floor terrace level of 201 17th St. in Atlantic Station during the firm's kickoff of its 2011 Make-A-Wish Campaign with its Oktoberfest bash. Kirk, who recently brokered the Georgia's Own Credit Union deal at The Campanile, says many companies are still consolidating, but he sees some in expansion mode. Plus they're locking into longer-term deals. |
