DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH THIS MORNING

| What are the diamonds in the rough? That question was answered this morning by Carter's Jim Shelton, Parkway Properties Jim Ingram, Colliers International's Jeff Kelley, and Jones Lang LaSalle's Duncan Gibbs, who talked about deals that actually got done this year at a NAIOP Georgia event at Grand Hyatt Buckhead. Parkway's Jim says the $345/foot the company paid for 3344 Peachtree was well worth it. The deal, combined with its Eola acquisition, helped Parkway become Atlanta's largest owner of office. CBRE's Justin Parsonnet deftly moderated the panel. |
