| Transwestern's Jeremy Adams (all distinguished looking here) just informed us that he, Chandler Spratlin, and Jeff Taylor helped landlord DuRhone Group lease more than 16k SF for Quality Care for Children at Druid Pointe on Buford Highway. Cassidy Turley's Stuart Alston represented the pediatrics group. Jeff says it's the capstone on nearly 22k SF in deals at that building this past year. |
