| Invest Atlanta (the artist formerly known as the Atlanta Development Authority) has written a $100k loan to engineering firm Williams-Russel & Johnson (WR&J, which is more professional than PB&J) so it can purchase the Grant Building at 44 Broad St. The firm plans to buy the 59k SF building for $3.8M, and then will occupy half of it, leasing the rest out to other firms. | ||
