EaslanCapital FILLS BUILDING
November 4, 2010
Easlan Capital's Todd Syprett has something to celebrate. A couple of relatively small deals in the past month have helped one of Peachtree Road's office buildings reach 100% occupancy. Charles Schwab leased 4K SF (helped by CBRE's Kevin Carroll) and Rumie's restaurant (repped by Shumacher Group's Irving Jacobson) inked a deal for 4,500 SF at 3328 Peachtree Rd., the former Georgian Bank building. It's the latest (and last, for awhile) of several deals at the 33K SF office building that filled it, including the 8K SF Brand Mortgage lease in March and the 8K SF Brand Properties and 4,500 SF Brand Bank leases in August. After Georgian Bank (the building's original tenant) failed and was taken over, First Citizens rejected the lease and moved out. Easlan was tapped by the building's owner to reposition the property. |
