FBI STAYS IN THE WOODS

| Highwoods Properties ' Mike Wells assured us he needed no background check on this latest deal. Mike told us that the FBI just renewed 136k SF at 2635 Century Center for another five years. He represented the landlord in this direct deal with the GSA, which leases office space for an alphabet soup of government agencies. The FBI operates its Atlanta field office from Century Center, and we're fairly certain it's now home to the FBI's X-Files' Fox Mulder and Dana Scully (especially with DragonCon just weeks away). |
