Fiserv Quietly Scouting Market For 150k SF Additional Office

A sizable office deal is quietly floating around the Atlanta market and could add jobs to the metro area. Sources tell us Fiserv (formerly Checkfree) is on the hunt for 150k SF of space. JLL has been tapped for this. The deal would be an addition to its sprawling wooded campus in Peachtree Corners (a perfect office space for a game of capture the flag), and sources say this deal could also go to another city. Also of interest is former Cox Enterprises corporate real estate guru, Buzz Anderson, is now with Fiserv. We reached Buzz, but he declined to comment on this article.
