GENE KANSAS DEALS
July 7, 2010
As long as we had Gene, we also asked him about a couple of recent leases. His firm repped Halpern Enterprises in securing International Preschool as a tenant at Amsterdam Walk. Kirstin Hobday of Keller Williams repped the preschool, which took 6K SF. Kansas also repped the Zac Brown Band in its 30K SF lease on Midtown's Westside. (Exact location not being revealed to keep over-eager fans at a safe distance.) As fans of both country music and Atlanta real estate, we wanted details. Kansas tells us the guys in the band are ?smart, low-key, and friendly.? They'll be using the space for business operations. The band is somewhat unique in that it handles all its own merchandise including T-shirts (the Midtown space is housing a silk-screen printer) and cookbooks (Zac?s cookbook is called Southern Ground). |
