Another Duncan deal is also making the rounds in both Central Perimeter and the Northwest office markets. Gentiva is in the market for 100k SF, nearly doubling its current size at Riverwood 100 (the building wasn't leaning, we were) where it may leave. Sources say it'stouring properties in both submarkets. Gentiva's search comes at the same time that its current landlord—GE Asset Management—is marketing the 500k SF Riverwood 100 for sale. |
