| Google signed a $1.8B deal to purchase the 2.9M SF 111 Eighth Ave from owners New York State Common Retirement Fund,Jamestown, and Taconic Investment Partners, according to a report from the New York Times. The tech giant?s East Coast HQ is housed in the building, the second-largest office building in NYC. |
