| Here we stole an image (well, not really, it was sent to us) of 4175 Boulder Ridge Dr, the 142K SF warehouse in Fulton Industrial where Scott Distribution, a third-party logistics provider, has inked a deal with flexible options. Avison Young's Chip Watson and Brent Weitnauer brokered the transaction (one of their first biggies since the duo jumped from CBRE this summer). Bruce Logue, also with Avison, repped the landlord. | |

| That was the truck part, now for the ice cream and guns. Chip also helped expand Edy's Grand Ice Cream from 60K SF to 90K SF at 2410 Tech Center Pkwy, a refrigerated warehouse in Lawrenceville. Taylor & Mathis' Walker Wellford brokered for the landlord. Chip also represented a 26K SF lease signed by Atlanta-based Advanced Armament Corp, makers of silencers for guns, at 2408 Tech Center Pkwy (seen above). Taylor & Mathis' Hamilton Reynolds also worked the deal on behalf of the landlord. | |
