If you're Walton Development & Management, you get that sucker entitled for a massive mixed-use project that will include 2.5M SF in office and industrial and retail and medical and 600-plus houses and three hotels and research space. Walton applied with state regulators for development of regional impact on its site in Dacula at SR 316 and University Hwy in Gwinnett County. Walton?s Paul Beidel says it's too soon to tell how this project will unfold, given the firm is still in entitlement talks with the City of Dacula. ?As the Atlanta real estate market recovers, the property can be immediately developed to meet demands dictated by economic growth,? Paul says. Rochester & Associates? Brian Rochester (a project consultant) tells us, ?This is going to be a multi-phased project as well.? |
