| A metal recycling company is recycling an old Sherwin Williams paint plant. We got word that Commercial Property Professionals'Rachel Condon, pictured, helped Plasmet LLC buy a 171k SF plant at 1415 Constitution Road in Atlanta. CBRE's Greg Haynes and Todd Barton repped Sherwin Williams in the sale (the price was not disclosed, although we hear many layers of paint were involved). |
