HITT's a Hit In Atlanta
HITT Atlanta SVP Ryan Bixler is helping this national company (one of the 100 largest contractors in the US) make significant inroads in the Midtown market. $100M worth of work is going into Atlanta this year, including tenant projects, major renovations, corporate interiors, data centers, law firms, and more. Ryan says the Atlanta office doesn’t have the same formalized departments as its big brother in DC, but the workload and client demand consistently place HITT on annual lists for Atlanta’s Top Interior Commercial Contractors. Current local projects include campus studio renovations for Turner Broadcasting, 999 Peachtree’s 12th floor expansion for Ballard Spahr, CBRE spec suites ($1.2M), Clyde & Company’s $350k interior build out, and a $7.5M historic renovation of the five-story GSFIC building (pictured here).
