HORTON HEARS A SALE
For Grubb & Ellis' Eva Horton, it's down to two—of the original five retail property portfolio she's been marketing for LNR, that is. She has sold three in recent weeks (all the while healing from thatgunshot wound we wrote about back in October). Eva brokered the sale of the 15k SF Shoppers World II in Duluth for $950k to Shane Investment Property Group (with Shane's Elliot Kyle representing the buyer); GGS Loganville, which sold for $1.2M to investor John Hardy (with NAI Brannen Goddard's Jack Haden repping the buyer); and 165 Satellite Blvd in Suwanee, which traded for $800k to M.I. Investment Group (with APS Realty's James Lee repping the buyer). Eva also garnered five more LNR properties to manage and lease, including Town Crest Village in McDonough. |
