| Peachtree Hotel Group is scouting locations in Central Perimeter for a new limited-service hotel. (Our limited-service hotel concept—where guests could use the bathroom or the bed, but not both—failed.) That's the word from Peachtree Hotel Group's Jatin Desai, a panelist at this week?s Bisnow 2013 Atlanta Real Estate & Economic Forecast at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead. What's new with Jatin? Aside from a new Courtyard hotel in Kennesaw, his firm is eyeing sites along Abernathy Road for a 130-key limited-service hotel. | ||
