It's gonna be a good year in the hotel biz. Or so predicts PKF Consulting's Mark Woodworth, who told members of the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance during its quarterly event at the Rialto Theater that average room occupancy rates will hit 2007 levels. Daily ratesand revenues are also projected to jump 4% and 6% respectively in 2012. Mark, right, is with Georgia State University Cecil B Day School of Hospitality's director Debby Cannon (who accepted a $10k scholarship for her school on behalf of the AHA) and Smith Travel Research's Jan Freitag.
