| Coyote Logistics, a $350M 3PL company, has inked a deal for 21K SF at Windward Forest (above), moving its HQ from its current location at Brookside Commons. Colliers International's Michael Lipton and Craig Mendel brokered the deal for the firm. Michael tells us the company is still expanding but needed a more efficient layout, reducing space from 36K SF. Colliers' Scott O'Halloran and Lee Evans represented the landlord. |
