| We're going to see cranes in Midtown again. Daniel Corp, with Northwestern Mutual and Selig Enterprises, is moving forward on afourth high-rise tower at its 12th and Midtown project. This time, a towering apartment building. The project is being called 77 12th Street (perhaps an homage to 7'7" basketball star Manute Bol?); it's a23-story mixed-use multifamily tower with 330 luxury units (starting at $1,500 for one-bedrooms and $2,250 for two-bedrooms) and 20k SF of retail at the corner of 12th Street and Crescent Avenue. Other features will include a skydeck, game room, 5,000 SF club roomand a gym. |
