| The City of Atlanta is helping develop a downtown tower. Invest Atlanta, the economic development arm for the city, inked an 18,700 SF office deal at Georgia-Pacific Center, taking the 29th floor of the 52-story iconic tower. Cassidy Turley's Bradley Fulkerson and April Hawkinson brokered the deal for Invest Atlanta while JLL's Jeff Frantz and Brooke Dewey repped the landlord, a JV between Georgia-Pacific and Metlife. Cassidy Turley donated its more than $200k in commissions to Invest Atlanta to facilitate the move from 86 Pryor St. |
