| We crashed a happy hour last week at Bistro Niko at 3344 Peachtree. No really, it was an accident, but since we were there, we toasted to a prosperous 2011 with JLL's Paul Hanna and Ivan Allen Workspace's Benjamin Frank and Jim Huslig. Paul is listing an acre parking lot at 1084 W Peachtree St in Midtown for sale for $3.1M, and he and his team recently leased 10K SF at 4800 Ashford Dunwoody Rd to Community and Southern Bank. |
