| CB Richard Ellis' Blaine Kelley and Taylor & Mathis' Hamilton Reynolds have found the key to getting all the deals they can handle. And it's not cold calling. Blaine sent us this picture, revealing their secret: Deal Mart, a building we can only presume is full of magic and non-recourse financing at 2007 rates. Blaine refused to tell us the exact location of its sister building, the Deal Depot, only mysteriously saying it's somewhere in the ?low country.?Bisnow will tirelessly dig to find it for all of our readers. |
