JLL GOES LONG

JLL GOES LONG
Jones Lang LaSalle exec (and NFL Hall of Famer) Roger Staubach knows how to deliver pep talks: He did one last month for JLL?s Atlanta office, and it's paying off. In the past two days, Jones Lang has scored big twice. It started the week by repping Novelis in its 100k SF headquarters deal at Two Alliance Center in Buckhead. And now it's run the ball into the end zone again.

JLL GOES LONG
We snapped  this of Atlanta Financial Center in Buckhead, where Morris, Manning & Martin law firm occupies 114k SF, but has just engaged JLL to explore new options. Beating out several heavy-hitting competitors, JLL has tapped Duncan Gibbs  and Gannon Shepherd to lead the effort. Morris Manning?s been in its present digs since '87, but we're told it'll consider buildings in Midtown as well as Buckhead. It's expected to seek about 100k SF, and given the three-month process to select a tenant rep, the search could take awhile. Morris Manning itself has been involved in such big deals as the transformation of the Atlantic Steel plant into Atlantic Station.
