JLL Industrial To Focus Local

It's been a few weeks since Wit Truitt was been tapped to lead JLL's Atlanta industrial group (reporting directly to Rob Metcalf), so caught up with him at Bricktop's for lunch. Wit—who jumped over from CBRE—is tasked with capturing "more marketshare" in Atlanta, he says. To do that, "There will be an even stronger focus on the local market. We're calling on the Atlanta [based tenants] more often."
