Jersey Shores Up Investment

We caught up with NAI Brannen Goddard's  Mike Chambers, Jack Haden  and  Brad Pope fresh from a big industrial sale. The trio helped sell 1122 Miledge Ave, a  267k SF warehouse in East Point to a group of  private investors from New Jersey. WPM Commercial Realty's Price Muir led a group of investors who previously owned the property. The new owners paid some $5.8M, sources say. (They're stronger than us... we would've accepted authentic Jersey pizza as suitable payment.) The NAI guys tell us this is the  fifth time over the years the group has sold this property. Right now, it's completely leased to BPS Cores.
