Rich Real Estate's Kirk Rich (on left with Parkside Partners' Kyle Jenks) will certainly be giving thanks this Thursday: He just snagged VetConnexx to his 3100 Breckenridge Blvd facility in a move that will bring 300 new jobs to Gwinnett County.
