Kubota Expanding Again
It's a problem we've all had: too many tractors. Well, Kubota Tractor Corp has a solution. After building a new $73M new plant in Pendergrass, it has leased a Hillwood Investment Properties warehouse for the overflow.
Kubota inked a 486k SF deal for Hillwood's Commerce 85 Distribution Center in Pendergrass. Lee & Associates' Craig Viergever repped Kubota with Kurt Unger. NAI/Brannen Goddard's Darren Butler and Nathan Anderson backed Hillwood.
Nathan and Darren also sold a former Avon facility in Gwinnett to Taylor & Mathis for $9.5M. Nathan was tapped by Avon (which no doubt left a nice scent) to help sell its shuttered facility at 425 Horizon Dr, a 365k SF distribution center in Suwanee. It's unclear what Taylor & Mathis' plans are for the facility.
