LASALLE PAYS UP FOR MCDONALD DCS

McDonald Development Co just sold  two fully leased distribution centers for around $54/SF. LaSalle Investment Management purchased:

  • Southpark 4600 (a 400k SF facility with a 10-year lease to FedEx SmartPost)
  • Southpark 3100 (a 450k SF facility that was a  build-to-suit for BrandsMart USA—and still has 12 years left on a lease)for $46M, according to Databank.
Cushman & Wakefield's Stewart Calhoun, David Meline, Samir Idris, Casey Masters  and  Darice Fichter Rose brokered the sale.
