LOGISTIDANCIN'
July 25, 2011
So you think you can dance? Home Depot's Pam Stivey and Joe Jackson think they can (and, honestly, they really can). The duo were part of Home Depot's logistic team competing in the LogistiX Games held last week at IDI's Westfork Business Park. |
The brainchild of CBRE's Kevin Grove (who works from the Louisville office), LogistiX Games brings teams from such major logistic companies as Home Depot, Fastenal, UPS, and Nordic to compete for the coveted Golden Pallet award. The games include a box sorting contest (we see Kevin consulting with fellow judges Douglas County Development Authority's Chris Pumphrey and CBRE's Chris Dempsey) a pallet puzzle sprint—where they organize boxes on a pallet, and a box-packing contest. |
